Parcels can travel via Unisend parcel lockers in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, both within each country and between these countries. At the moment, delivery to other countries is not possible.

Then two options appear “New parcel” and “Parcel registered online”. If you have not registered the parcel on the Internet through our website or any other platform, then you will need to choose the first option “New parcel”:

After payment, you will have the opportunity to print a sticker, which must be put on the parcel:
If, however, you have registered on the Internet through our website or any other platform, then you will need to select the second option “Parcel registered online” and you will be presented with a box where you can scan a pre-prepared barcode or manually enter the order number:
fter that, the door of the parcel machine will open and you will be able to see on the screen where this locker is located. If the size of the locker does not suit you, then at first you need to press on the screen “Choose a bigger locker size” and only then close the opened door! :
On the screen you will be able to choose the desired size:
After you choose, the locker door will open again, but already in the required size. You will place the parcel inside and close the door. The system will record your order and our courier will deliver it.

When parcels are put into parcel lockers before the latest specified parcel pick up time:
*If a parcel is placed inside the parcel locker until the parcel collection time specified on it.
Both private and business customers can use Unisend parcel lockers. Private customers can send and receive parcels without any contracts and obligations, a prepared parcel and a bank card are enough.

Receiver should pick up the parcel from a parcel locker within 72 hours from the moment of its placement into a parcel locker.
A parcel is stored for 72 hours in a parcel locker. After 72 hours a courier will take it and the parcel receiver will receive a SMS message with a link and explanation on how to redirect the parcel to this or other parcel locker for redelivery. You can redirect parcels within 4 days upon the receipt of the SMS message. In case of a failure to do so within the specified time, the parcel will be returned to sender.
If you cannot send your parcel due to technical difficulties, you can return your money by filling a Refund Request Form, which you can find here.
Attention: you can fill in a Refund Request Form for unused parcel label which was purchased in the self-service or at a parcel locker within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase of the label.
Registration is not necessary in order to create parcels in self-service.

You can order an invoice by checking the consent box in the shopping cart during the purchase of the service. Invoice will be sent by e-mail within 7 calendar days. You can also order an invoice on Unisend website. Invoices are issued by the 3rd calendar day of the following month for the previous month.

Parcel labels will be formed upon the payment. You can print them at home or at a Unisend parcel locker. If you chose to print the label at a parcel locker, you will be able to do so at a Unisend parcel locker by entering a parcel number.
If you chose to print the label at home, it is possible to choose the most suitable arrangement of labels:
IMPORTANT: all labels are the size of 10×15 cm, therefore, a maximum of 4 labels can be printed on one A4 sheet.
In order to create a new address book, you need to log in to your self-service account and choose “Address book” section on the left. Fill in a sender’s information in the new window and save it.

Yes, a number is immediately given to the parcel upon its formation. It is visible next to a specific parcel in the “Shipment history” section.
Self-service system is accessible via all popular web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and others. However, you cannot access the self-service system via Internet Explorer browser.
An account is blocked after entering the wrong password three times. In order to log in again, you will have to wait for 20 minutes and try to log in again. If you try to log in sooner than 20 minutes, the blocking time will be expended.
You can send parcels both inside a country and between Baltic countries using the same login. However, you can log in only to that self-service where a login was created, i.e. if you would try to log in into Latvia’s self-service with a login created for Estonia’s self-service, the system would automatically refer you to Estonia’s self-service.
