Shift Manager

Ensure smooth shift operations

Manage the flow of outgoing and incoming international and domestic shipments

Supervise and organize shipment processing

Oversee employee work schedules

Ensure shipments are distributed efficiently, prepare shift reports, and resolve any arising issues

Have at least 1 year of experience in team leadership;

Be able to effectively plan work time, collaborate within a team, delegate tasks, and lead subordinate employees

Be open to innovation, responsible, communicative, collaborative, and a team player

Focus on team results and quality

Be computer literate, proficient in MS Office, and possess basic clerical skills

Be organized, independent, meticulous, and detail-oriented

Have excellent Latvian language skills (both spoken and written), along with good knowledge of English and Russian

Workplace location Dzirnieku iela 24, Marupe

Work schedule: rotating shifts 2 working days (a day shift from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), followed by 2 days off

Salary from 1300 to 1600 EUR (gross)
