Save your preferred parcel locker

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows our customers to select their preferred parcel locker for future deliveries.

Now, when purchasing from big e-shop platforms parcel locker location or courier service is is selected automatically. We understand that sometimes courier deliveries or the initially designated parcel locker may not always meet your needs, especially if courier services are not required that day or if the chosen locker is inconvenient. Therefore, we’re giving you the flexibility to select according to your preferences (free of charge).

How It Works

• Receive SMS Notification: After making a purchase from big e-shop platforms, you may receive an SMS with a unique link.
• Redirect Your Parcel: Simply open the link to redirect your parcel to your preferred parcel locker. If the initially offered delivery option isn’t suitable, you can choose another parcel locker that better fits your needs.
• Save Your Preference: Your selection will be saved, and your parcel will be delivered to the parcel locker of your choice.

From now on, all parcels that qualify for this service will be delivered to your chosen parcel locker. You can change your selection until the parcel arrives at the logistics center.

• If You’re Satisfied: If you’re happy with the original delivery option (courier or shown parcel locker), you can simply ignore the SMS notification.
• To Change Delivery Preference: If you’ve deleted the SMS or want to change the original delivery option, visit our parcel tracking page, enter your parcel number, and click “Redirect Parcel” to select your desired parcel locker.
